FIELD TIME REQUEST

Definition: field schedule week = Friday through Thursday.
Any abuse of the following rules can result in an immediate revocation of field request privileges without warning for a period of 1 calendar year. Please be responsible.
Field reservations are available to rummel creek elementary (rce) zoned coaches/families only.
All requests are subject to approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee the date/time requested. Please check the field schedule for approved requests.
A coach (head or assistant) can request one day/time per week per team up to 30 days in advance. Requests are processed every thursday at 4 pm for the upcoming 30 days.
Requested times are allowed in 1 hour increments only. Time slots during the week (M-F) begin at 4:30 pm. You may not request a time slot at the top of the hour. Ex: available slots are 4:30-5:30, 5:30-6:30, 6:30-7:30, etc.
All available time slots on the calendar for the current week prior to Thursday processing are on a first come first serve basis. You may not request a time for the current week (Friday -Thursday).
It is the coaches discretion as to the safety of other field/playground participants and whether or not the practice activity is dangerous. i.e. live hitting by older players. RCMC reserves the right to ask a coach/team to leave the fields for safety reasons and to decline future field requests.
