RCMC Ballers:

We’re gearing up for the Sandlot Showdown, our Annual Men’s Club Softball Tournament, and wanted to share the key details as registration is now open.

Date: Friday, February 21

Location: Memorial Park (same as last year)
Time: 2:30 PM – ~10:00 PM

First games start promptly at 3:00 PM

Registration
Everyone must be registered on the website to participate.
If you bundled, you are already registered automatically - no action needed.
If you did not bundle, please register using the link below.

Our goal this year is to get to 8 teams, so please sign up early. Early registration helps us finalize team counts, schedules, and logistics.

Tournament Format
Pool Play followed by single elimation play off

Every player is guaranteed at least 3 games
Family-friendly environment
Food, drinks, and spectators welcome throughout the afternoon and evening

Sponsors Needed
We are actively looking for event sponsors to help offset costs and enhance the event.

Jerseys:  Players will receive jerseys with their team’s color as part of the entry fee.

Equipment:  Balls will be provided.  All teams will need to bring their own gloves and bats.
