This item is to register for the 4th annual Couples Date Night on Saturday, April 27, 2024.  This is a great opportunity to say thank you to all the wives who help us support our important mission.  We will be serving a delicious menu of eats, treats, and drinks all night as well as live music!  Please provide name and email address for you and your date.
